Cymplicity™ is a powerful, dynamic, content management system that enables the creation and management of Web content with ease. Standard modules included are:

FORM WIZARD. Ever wish you could solicit information from your visitors, or allow them to easily enroll in an upcoming event? Need to gather demographic information or user behavior data? With Cymplicity's form builder, you can put together most any type of form and get this important information.
The form module allows you to easily build powerful forms, and then simply link to these forms from anywhere on your site. Additionally, you have the choice of what form data gets saved in to your database for future use or what is simply emailed to someone - or both! Saved data can then be conveniently downloaded via CSV file for use with spreadsheet programs of other databases.
DISCUSSION FORUMS have become one of the Internet's most important components because of the value in sharing information and knowledge with others who have similar needs. Cymplicity includes an excellent forum module that allows you to create unlimited areas of discussion, and allows users to create unlimited topics. And best of all, all forum discussion is indexed and completely search-able!
Want to create "non-public" forums, that require membership? No problem - its as easy as clicking a check box.
BANNER AD MANAGER. Cymplicity includes a banner ad module that gives you all you need to run a successful advertising campaign. Choose from a range of standard banner sizes, or add a custom size. Once your banner is added, choose when it becomes active, in what section it will be shown, for how long it will be shown, where it links, and then use the "page view" and "click through" reports to see how effective its been. Banner ads can be images or Flash and can be local or remote.
FILE MANAGER. Cymplicity includes a very handy and powerful file management utility. Any type of file can be uploaded to the Web server and then easily linked in your site. Now you can upload PDF files, Word Docs, spreadsheets - any type of file - and allow custom access to these files. Not only does the file manager allow for file uploading, but it also allows you to easily create new folders to organize your uploaded content. A file renaming function and a "copy URL" feature makes linking very quick and easy.
PAGES. The Pages module is a very flexible module that allows additional content to be created and linked to other modules. Pages are similar to Articles in content authoring, however do not have the structure of Articles (abstract, story, author, headline, sub-headline). However, you do not have to link a Page to a section as one would with Articles. Pages may be used on information such as About Us, Company Background, Disclaimer and even as a Welcome page. The Administrator may assign different access levels to different user groups in the system to manage the Pages module.
SECTIONS. This module allows creation and management of the Web site menu. You may also assign different users, groups or registered users to manage or view specific sections. Sections or Sub-sections can be created with the following options:
- Standard section
- Static section
- Forum link
- Article link
- Page link
- URL link
- URL link (new window)
- Form Submission link
- Form View link
SPOTS. The Spots module is defined as places to put dynamic information that take up specific locations and headers in the template. Locations of Spots depend on the template used. They are also used to create mailing list contents and to store archived mailing list.
Think of Spots as "holes" in your Web site where you can place "independent" content - JavaScript, Flash, HTML, plain text or images. Some examples of how spots are used include stock quotes, daily quotes, weather forecasts and more.
SYNDICATION. Syndication module allows the content in Cymplicity to be syndicated out via multiple syndication profiles created by the Syndication Administrator. The “Syndication Admin” will be able to select from which profiles they would like to syndicate the content from. The system will then generate a JavaScript code for the Syndication Admin to be used in the respective websites. The content that may be syndicated out includes Banner Ads, Events, Featured Articles, Section, Spot and Vote modules. The JavaScript generated may also be used as part of an email message, or even on a standard HTML web page.
WYSIWYG EDITOR. The state-of-the-art, cross-browser WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface allows “copy and paste”, text and background color changes, font choice and sizes, formatting, table creation, picture and graphics insertion, just like a word processor.
This is perhaps one of the core attributes of Cymplicity that makes using it so easy. However, those with HTML skills need not feel that their skills will not be utilized. HTML coding is available for use for 'code warriors'.
The WYSIWYG editor is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Safari browsers.
QUICK POLLS. Quick polls, sometimes called "votes" is one of Cymplicity's more fun and enjoyable interactive features. With this module, you can simply create and inventory of questions and multiple choice answers that can be displayed in various sections on your site.
The quick poll module provides instant feedback of where the voters answer lies in percentage of other voters and is "smart" enough to prevent multiple votes from the same person.
RELATIONAL KEYWORDS. Let's say that your site is chock full of great content - stuff people really love reading. But there's a ton of articles in there and some "good stuff" may be overlooked. No problem - with Cymplicity's relational keyword module, you can build a cross-reference database of "key words" between articles. If any 2 articles contain the same key word, Cymplicity automatically recommends it to the reader!
Visitors now can dig more deeply in to your site because Cymplicity "serves up" related content that is just a hyper-link away.
EVENTS CALENDAR. Making your site interesting to visitors is critical. A great way to get attention is to be a place where visitors can rely on an accurate and current listing of industry/club/social/community events. Cymplicity's event module allows you to quickly and easily list new events (publicly or privately), and then have them posted to your site. Events can also be "connected" to the forms module so that you may solicit sign-ups right from the event listing. To top it off, the event module automatically deactivates listing who's date has past so you won't have to remember.
SEARCH. All content - articles, pages, forums AND uploaded files are indexed by Cymplicity's indexing engine. Visitors can find the information they want merely by searching for key words or terms. Regular indexing is done automatically in the background, so as new content is added, it becomes part of the search database.
ARTICLES. Cymplicity™ uses the term "Articles" for all content requiring organization and structure (abstract, story, author, headline, sub-headline) - examples are product info, announcements, case histories, press releases, news stories, and blog entries. The creation, maintaining and approving of on-line content is done here. Click on the above title to read more.
GROUP AND USER MANAGEMENT. One of the most important and powerful features in Cymplicity is its ability to control access to content and administrative duties. Cymplicity's group and user modules combine to individual, or group, access to parts of your site. Users can be assigned to groups quickly and easily, so that they now can be come part of a private discussion, see private articles, or download member-only files.
Not only does the group and user module control access to the web site, but it also controls access to Cymplicity's Web administration area. This gives site administrators the power to delegate management of the site to others, with limited powers and access.
